Responsibilities

• Applies the nursing process effectively for culturally diverse patients and families.
• Organizes and reprioritizes patient care activities based on changes in condition.
• Develops and individualizes the plan of care per standards and mutually agreed goals.
• Implements the plan of care in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Demonstrates proficiency in medication administration and pain management.
• Participates in unit governance and education of new staff.
