Mass General Brigham is seeking an Oncology Registered Nurse with 1+ year of oncology experience to join our clinical team. The role includes administering medications, monitoring patients, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective care.

Position is onsite at 102 Endicott Street, with a 40-hour work week, daytime shifts, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Strong emphasis on patient-centered care, documentation, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

  • Interprets plan of medical care and assesses patients’ clinical decisions.
  • Delivers safe, individualized nursing care and evaluates care for groups.
  • Administers medications and monitors for adverse reactions.
  • Records patients’ medical information and vital signs accurately.
  • Coordinates with the healthcare team to plan and adjust patient care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and implement nursing plans while ensuring safe, competent care.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses, reporting changes.
  • Record and monitor vital signs, labs, and clinical status.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and support staff.
  • Adjust treatment plans based on patient responses and changing conditions.
