Job summary

Qualifications

• Int. FHM within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, planning and implementing effective plans of care and communicating with patients and their families.
• Serving as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care in an acute or clinic setting.
• Making sound decisions in response to changes in condition or treatment while remaining calm.
• Utilizing the Electronic Health Record to document patient care.
• Coordinating with physicians and team members regarding changes in patient status and test results.

Job Essentials:

3 year's MCH experience required and ability function independently in at least 2 of the MCH specialties, L&D, M/B, NICU or Peds. NICU and L&D Experience preferred.

Current NJ RN License, ACLS, NRP and BLS. Int. FHM within 3 years.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
