Community First Solutions in Mason, Ohio is seeking a Staff Nurse LPN/RN to deliver direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, and mentor caregivers to ensure safe, person-centered resident care that honors each individual's needs and goals.

At Community First Solutions, our nursing team takes a resident-first approach-ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual's needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN, you'll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents' health and well-being. You'll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.

Schedules: Full Time, 7:00am - 7:00pm, 36 hours per week, every other weekend and holiday rotation
Pay: Starting at $29.00/hour, based on date of state certification.
