- Full LDRP
- Night shift, 7p - 7a

- Must be prepared for emergency and critical care scenarios, including neonate stabilization in preparation for transport

Key Responsibilities:
- Prenatal Care: Educating and advising expectant mothers about pregnancy, health, preparing for childbirth.
- Labor and Delivery: Assisting during labor, monitoring fetal heart rates, helping with positioning, managing medications, ensuring the safety of both the mother and baby.
- Postpartum Care: Helping mothers recover after delivery, supporting breastfeeding, monitoring for any complications, providing emotional support.
- Newborn Care: Monitoring vital signs, assisting with bonding, educating parents about infant care.
- Emergency response: Monitoring for and assisting in emergency and critical care scenarios, including mother and infant stabilization in preparation for transport.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program with ADN, BSN, or MSN
- Maintain current CEU's as required by state licensure
- Active Nursing License in state where services are rendered
- Fully authorized to work in the U.S. (VISA sponsorship NOT available)
- 2-3 years of L&D experience, or 1-2 years of LDRP experience required

Benefits and Incentives:
- Pay Scale: $58.65 - $94.30/hr, based on years of experience (includes night shift differential)
- Three 12-hour shifts (36 hrs/week)
- $10,000 Sign On Bonus
- $15,000 Retention Bonus (over 3 years)
- Up to $7,000 in Relocation Reimbursement (varies by distance)
- Retirement match up to 4%
- Accrue 5+ weeks PTO year 1
