Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Labor & Delivery Nurse (L&D Nurse) to join our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive environment where every team member is committed to providing personalized, high-quality care to women and their families during one of life’s most meaningful moments.

From labor and delivery to recovery and postpartum support, you’ll work alongside skilled and caring professionals—nurses, midwives, and physicians—who value teamwork, respect, and shared purpose. You'll also play a key role in educating, empowering, and providing expert care for new parents through each step of the journey.

Job Details:
  • Three 12-hour shifts (36 hrs/week)
    • Day or night shift availability
    • Overtime shifts available
  • Full LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
  • Holistic care in a family-centered atmosphere that doesn't separate the mother from her baby
  • Must be prepared to stabilize and prepare patients, including neonates, for transport
  • Collaborative, supportive environment with a close-knit team
  • Focus on quality, intentional care

Benefits and Incentives:
  • Pay Scale: $51.50/hr - $81.52/hr, based on education and years of experience
    • 15% weekend differential
    • 6% weekend differential
  • Accrue 5+ weeks PTO year 1

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Fully authorized to work in the U.S. (VISA sponsorship NOT available)
  • Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program with ADN, BSN, or MSN
  • Maintain current CEU's as required by state licensure
  • Active Nursing License in state where services are rendered
  • Possession of current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required upon hire
  • Must obtain Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications within 3 months of hire
  • Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) Fetal Monitoring certification preferred
  • At least 2-3 years of recent LDRP, Mother-Baby, or NICU experience required.
