Role:

The Staff Nurse provides specialized nursing care based on biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and direct patient-centered care within their scope of practice.
• Deliver comprehensive care addressing physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs of patients of all ages.
• Perform leadership, professional duties, and participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Educate and precept staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Support providers, promote teamwork, and ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, informatics, and technology systems.
• May be temporarily assigned to different areas based on patient needs.
• Fulfill other duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience working with various organizational levels; healthcare experience preferred.
