  • Foster an environment of caring, compassion, and respect for patients, families, and visitors.
  • Utilize health and safety equipment to protect patients and staff.
  • Contribute to Nursing Sensitive Quality Indicators through standard work.
  • Mentor novice employees and support department growth and hospital-system initiatives with evidence-based practices.
  • Demonstrate ongoing professional growth by setting goals and pursuing educational opportunities.
  • Float to assist in other like units as needed.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
