Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital seeks a Staff Nurse for the Neonatal & Pediatric Float Pool. This full-time night position offers rotating weekends and holidays and opportunities to work across multiple world-renowned specialties.

You will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while floating among NICU, Pediatric and related units, collaborating with top clinicians and using NYP’s flexible scheduling to balance work and life. Prior NICU/PICU experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current NYS RN licensure or willingness to obtain.
• BCLS certification required.
• PALS certification required (New Graduates obtain within 6 months).
• NRP preferred for neonatal/pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across Neonatal and Pediatric units via float pool.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Adapt to different units with flexibility and professionalism.
