Job summary

Mosaic Wellness & Recovery in Johns Creek, GA is seeking RNs and LPNs for full-time 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 detox and residential mental health setting. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document assessments to support safe, orderly treatment.

This on-site role offers day and evening shifts with rotating weekends. Applicants should have Georgia licensure, a Practical Nursing program, CPR certification, and experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
• Active Georgia LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in detox, behavioral health, residential treatment, addiction medicine, or healthcare preferred.
• CPR certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, documentation, and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and medication support to guests in detox and residential mental health settings.

• Monitor vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, mental health status, and overall wellness.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Mosaic Wellness & Recovery is a dedicated behavioral health provider offering detox and residential mental health services to adults. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to play a vital role in delivering quality nursing care while supporting a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for individuals receiving treatment.

We are currently hiring for full-time 12-hour shifts. Full-time schedules consist of three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekend coverage. Day and evening shifts are available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide direct nursing care and medication support to guests in detox and residential mental health settings.
