Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Weekend Nurse for Paoli Hospital. You will work three out of four weekends per month, providing care in a Level II trauma ED and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license or a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) required.
• 3 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Level II trauma ED as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Precept new staff and participate in Nursing Committees and Clinical Ladder initiatives.

Your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of their Patient Experience. As a Registered Nurse, you would be caring for patients in a Level II trauma center.

Position:

Registered Nurse RN - Emergency Department

Shift:

Nights, 7PM-7:30AM Three out of Four Weekends per Month, Saturday and Sunday

Experience:

3 years of recent Emergency Nurse experience required

Education:

RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
