Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
• Experience with design and delivery of network and routing software.

Responsibilities

• Be the Subject Matter Expert on features used for Google WAN in network operating systems.
• Drive open config adoption across the GNT platforms and across industry.
• Design and develop infrastructure for running network applications in a decentralized manner.
• Design and develop new and innovative network applications that will have direct and material impact on Google's network behavior.
• Work with the broader ecosystem on validating features from vendors and delivering high quality solutions.
