Job summary

Group 1001, including Gainbridge, seeks an experienced Staff Mobile Engineer to lead the mobile platform architecture for RN and native iOS. You will shape long-term strategy, drive performance and security improvements, and mentor engineers across teams.

Role emphasizes collaboration with Product, Design, Backend, Platform, and Security to deliver scalable solutions, improve CI/CD, and ensure high-quality releases in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• 5+ years of production React Native development.
• Expert proficiency in Swift and native iOS development.
• Deep understanding of iOS SDK, UIKit, SwiftUI, lifecycle, memory management, and concurrency.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React Native architecture.
• Experience designing scalable mobile architectures and reusable platform components.
• Knowledge of mobile security, performance optimization, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term architecture for React Native and native iOS apps.
• Lead architecture reviews and establish engineering standards across the mobile platform.
• Drive critical technical decisions around scalability, performance, and security.
• Design reusable platform components and modules to boost velocity.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Security teams.
