TriNet is seeking a Staff MLOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize ML operations across our infrastructure. You will work with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure reliable deployment and maintenance of ML models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8+ years experience in MLOps or DevOps in a technical engineering environment.
• 8+ years experience with Python and Java and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and scale the infrastructure for ML model deployment, including orchestration, version control, and monitoring systems.
• Design and implement automation pipelines for model training, testing, validation, and deployment with CI/CD practices.
• Deploy ML models into production environments with monitoring and alerting for performance, health, and data drift.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams to integrate ML solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and compliance standards across the ML lifecycle with governance practices.
• Stay updated with the latest MLOps tools and methodologies and propose improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Mentor and support other engineers; contribute to software development best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned and complies with policies.
