Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Staff MLOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize ML operations within our infrastructure. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and maintain ML models.

Responsibilities include building scalable infra for model deployment, automating training pipelines with CI/CD, deploying to prod with monitoring, and upholding security and governance across the ML lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in MLOps/DevOps in a technical environment.
• Experience with Python/Java and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and scale infrastructure for ML model deployment, including orchestration, version control, and monitoring.
• Design and implement automation pipelines for model training, testing, validation, and deployment with CI/CD.
• Deploy ML models to production with monitoring and alerting for performance, health, and data drift; troubleshoot and optimize.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps to integrate ML solutions into existing systems.
• Ensure security and compliance across the ML lifecycle, with data privacy and governance.
• Stay updated on MLOps developments and propose improvements to processes.
• Solve complex problems with elegant, impactful solutions.
• Contributes to technical innovations and coding standards.
• Mentors and supports team, contributing to best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with policies and standards.
