Freenome is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Scientist to grow the Machine Learning Science team within the Computational Science department. You will develop algorithms for early, blood-based cancer detection and collaborate with computational biologists, molecular biologists and ML engineers to drive impactful research.

The role offers hybrid work in Brisbane, CA (2–3 days in office) or remote. You will lead cutting-edge AI research, build and fine‑tune models, apply interpretability

Competenze

• PhD or equivalent with AI emphasis and quantitative field.
• 6+ years postdoc or post-PhD industry experience.
• Evidence of independent ML/DL research and publications.
