Monogram Health is seeking a Staff Engineer, Machine Learning Operations to architect and scale enterprise ML infrastructure and deployment pipelines powering clinical initiatives. You will own end-to-end ML lifecycle, drive MLOps standards, and mentor teams while balancing innovation with production reliability.

You'll lead integration of cutting-edge tools, establish SLAs, and ensure compliant, secure systems handling healthcare data with HIPAA awareness.

Formación

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years focused on ML infrastructure, MLOps, or production ML systems.
• 5+ years of Python development with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• 3+ years architecting and deploying production ML systems on cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Proven track record building and scaling ML platforms from the ground up.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• ML Platform Ownership: Architect and maintain enterprise-grade ML infrastructure, including model versioning, automated testing frameworks, containerization strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring for model performance, data quality, and drift detection.
• Technical Leadership: Drive MLOps strategy and standards; mentor data scientists and engineers on production best practices and scalable architecture.
• End-to-End Model Lifecycle: Own journey from model development to production, incl. real-time and batch inference, A/B testing, and automated retraining pipelines.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with clinical leaders, product teams, and data scientists; present strategies to executives.
