Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent deep learning experience.
• Experience managing software engineers and managers.
• Hands-on ML project leadership across teams.
• 8+ years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Software and ML engineers to build Perception ML pipelines.
• Develop and validate ML models for sensing and weather-related tasks.
• Collaborate with downstream teams to align requirements with product roadmaps.
• Foster high-performing teams through people development and hiring.
• Drive designs and OKRs; plan roadmaps and staffing.
• Make project staffing and technical decisions; own delivery of projects.
