Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, or related field.
• 4+ years in software or ML engineering.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, production-grade ML systems integrated into customer/associate facing products.
• Lead end-to-end ML lifecycle: data sourcing, feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align ML solutions with platform strategies for integration and scalability.
• Design and build scalable infrastructure for deploying computer vision models, leveraging GPU orchestration and inference frameworks like TensorRT.
• Drive benchmarking, capacity planning, and cost optimization of ML workloads with MLOps and infrastructure teams.
• Champion advanced MLOps practices: CI/CD, model versioning, drift detection, performance telemetry.
• Mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions, promote engineering excellence.
• Evaluate emerging infrastructure patterns and roadmap for platform capabilities.
