Job summary

Mistplay is seeking an innovative Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design and optimization of our rewards economy. In this critical role, you will develop and balance reward systems to ensure they are enticing and cost-effective for Mistplay.

You will design productionized contextual bandits and RL frameworks for real-time personalized rewards, partner with Product, Analytics, Engineering and Finance, and translate model outputs into actionable insights for executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or ML roles.
• Experience with reinforcement learning or bandits.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience in gaming or ads tech is a plus.

Responsibilities
