Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience designing, deploying ML models at scale.
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field.
• Experience with transformer-based sequential modeling and personalized recommender systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive ML technical strategy for homepage personalization and recommendations.
• Lead development of sequential models, ranking, and LLM-based solutions.
• Partner with product teams to improve engagement, conversions and value.
