Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop cutting-edge ML technologies and AR experiences for Snapchat. You will advance on-device generative models and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype new products.

Ideal candidates have deep ML knowledge, experience with computer vision and diffusion-style modeling, and a strong foundation in math and algorithms. The role emphasizes innovation and scalable impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years post-Bachelor ML or related experience; or 7+ with Master; or 4+ with PhD.
• Experience with Computer Vision or Generative Modeling techniques.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, MLX, scikit-learn, or related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative ML technology and products serving millions of Snapchatters.
• Build AR experiences using generative models.
• Deliver generative ML experiences on device.
• Partner with cross-functional Snap teams to prototype new products.
