Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join the Generative ML Platform team. You will develop innovative ML technology and products that serve millions of Snapchatters, focusing on on-device and AR experiences powered by generative models.

You will work with state-of-the-art pipelines for image, video, language and audio generation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prototype new products and advance human-centric experiences across devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics or equivalent years of experience.
• 3+ years of post-Bachelor’s machine learning experience; or Master’s degree in a technical field + 2+ year of post-grad machine learning experience; or PhD in a relevant technical field.
• Research or engineering experience in generative models, efficient models, diffusion models, language models, or related ML applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative ML technology and products serving millions of Snapchatters.
• Work on state-of-the-art generative pipelines for image, video, language or audio generation.
• Deliver generative ML experiences on device and build AR experiences using diffusion models.
• Partner with cross-functional Snap teams to explore and prototype new products.
