Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping systems used by customers and engineers.
• Strong system and API design judgment for hard architectural calls.
• Experience shipping production code and maintaining reliability in complex platforms.

Responsibilities

• RL environments for agentic tasks and tooling.
• Verifiers and graders to judge agent success at scale.
• Fine-tuning pipelines from data collection to evaluation.
• Eval systems handling millions of agent trajectories.
• Training and serving infra to support frontier labs.
