Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry ML experience.
• Strong background in deep learning architectures (Transformers).
• Experience with recommender systems or ads ranking.
• Experience building and deploying models at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and train advanced ML models for Reddit Ads Ranking.
• Develop features like embeddings and contextual signals.
• Collaborate with product, infra and data teams on deployment and evaluation.
• Mentor other engineers and promote modeling best practices.
• Shape long-term modeling vision across domains (conversion, app ads, etc.).
