Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in machine learning, particularly with LLM/VLM fine-tuning and RLHF/RLPF for ads.
• Strong understanding of tree models, neural networks, and ranking systems.
• Experience with uplift metrics and experimentation setups for generative systems.
• Familiarity with auction dynamics and advertiser challenges in the marketplace.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience developing ad creative tools such as headline and image generators.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement advanced generative workflows for ad creative generation.
• Build end-to-end image and video editing capabilities for advertisers.
• Fine-tune large vision-language models to enhance ad aesthetics based on performance metrics.
• Engineer robust safety and compliance systems to filter non-compliant content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate capabilities into the ad platform UI.
• Embed brand-safety filters and copyright checks into the creative process.
