Analog Devices, Inc. in Wilmington, MA, seeks an experienced Staff Mixed Signal Design Engineer to lead high-speed CMOS IC development for new products. You will collaborate across teams to evolve the Industrial portfolio into advanced, highly integrated systems.

The role emphasizes system-level design, clock/data recovery, and mixed-signal innovation with a strong engineering culture and technical leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• BSEE required; MSEE preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in system design/architecture engineering and design integration.
• Proven experience in RF or high speed CMOS and/or data converter design.
• Expertise in FinFET or fine-line planar analog CMOS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Design wireline transmitters and receivers.
• Develop mixed-mode DFE designs.
• Design and implement clock & data recovery circuits.
• Collaborate on and refine VCO/PLL designs.
• Apply expertise in wireline equalization (analog & digital).
• Design custom high-speed digital circuits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate designs into larger systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Present design concepts and results to stakeholders.
