ARA Brand in the United States seeks a Mechanical Engineer to join the Naval Indian Head team, focusing on energetic materials and SOP development. The role is onsite at Indian Head, MD, with safety approvals and project execution responsibilities.

The candidate will write and route SOPs, develop cost proposals, and provide technical oversight, ensuring quality and communicating results effectively in writing and speech.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field with 2-4 years of related work experience, or a Master's with 0-2 years of experience.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance.
• Proven proficiency in synthesis, monitoring, and scaling of energetic materials.
• Experience managing multiple, complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong process safety knowledge and regulatory compliance experience.
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences.
