• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Proven proficiency in analytical and technical skills for synthesis, monitoring, and scaling of energetic materials.
• Experience managing multiple, complex projects with diverse stakeholders (govt, contractors, vendors).
• Experience with process safety and material handling ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and mentoring across multi-disciplinary teams and project phases.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments with rapid changes in scope, funding, and priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to undergo and pass a Department of Transportation medical exam and drug screening.
