Lead cross-functional teams to transition high-performing designs from concept to production, focusing on thermodynamics, chiller modeling, and tube-in-shell heat transfer.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of HVAC design experience or a Master’s with 5+ years, plus 1+ years in new product development or sustaining engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering with HVAC design experience.
• 7+ years HVAC product design experience (or 5+ years with a Master's).
• 1+ years of experience with new product development or sustaining engineering.

Responsibilities

• Thermodynamic based modeling and optimization of chiller system design.
• Collaborate with service and operations to launch designs into production.
• Develop chiller system architecture to meet development requirements.
• Confirm design performance and reliability in test labs.
• Collaborate with marketing to translate product needs into requirements.
• Prepare gate/process materials and present to senior leadership.
