Qualifications

• Experience managing substantial media budgets and testing.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and AI.
• Experience designing experiments and working with agencies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the channel and set paid search strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Optimize the pipeline with Analytics to tie spend to MQAs and opportunities.
• Develop demand strategies for brand, competitive, and non-brand campaigns.
• Design tests across keywords, audiences, bidding, and ad formats.
• Improve post-click experiences in collaboration with product marketing and creative.
• Lead the agency with clear briefs and high standards.
• Own channel reporting and translate performance into executive recommendations.
• Track search trends and test hypotheses to stay ahead of competitors.
