Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Experience designing/implementing manufacturing processes for new product development.
  • Experience in metal casting operations and related processes.
  • Hands-on maintenance with hydraulics, injection molding, pneumatics, and PLCs.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team supervision experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Install, operate, and maintain alloy melting and casting equipment.
  • Develop manufacturing standards to improve safety, quality, uptime, and cost.
  • Support implementation of improved processes, tooling, and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Train personnel to operate and maintain equipment.
  • Prepare reports and presentations documenting processes and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering objectives.
