Job description

Join our team as a Staff Manufacturing Engineer and play a key role in enhancing our manufacturing operations! You’ll collaborate with R&D, lead process improvements, and ensure seamless transitions of new products into production.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with R&D to ensure product designs meet manufacturing standards.
  2. Provide DFM, DFA, DFR, and DFS recommendations.
  3. Develop and validate manufacturing processes.
  4. Create and maintain process documentation.
  5. Lead root cause investigations and implement solutions.
  6. Manage NPI projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
  7. Provide training and support to operators and technicians.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (8+ years of experience) or Master’s (6+ years).
  2. Experience in electromechanical assembly and capital equipment manufacturing.
  3. Strong background in BOM management and change control.
  4. Expertise in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
  5. Familiarity with FDA QSR, ISO9000, and ISO13485 standards.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Lean and Six Sigma experience.
  2. Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
