Job summary

Moog seeks a Staff Manager, Project Engineering to lead and develop approximately 20 project engineers on site in Elma, NY. You will oversee engineering projects, ensuring alignment with design and development standards while supporting proposals for new business and growth.

Our team in the Space Sector’s Actuation Systems Business Unit is looking for a Staff Manager, Project Engineering. You will be responsible for leading and developing approximately 20 project engineering direct reports. You will be charged with the oversight of engineering projects, ensuring development and production projects comply with our Design and Development standard processes. You will also participate in proposal efforts with strong engineering teams supporting new business capture and long-term growth. This position will have an onsite work schedule in Elma, New York and requires access to U.S. export-controlled information and the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $140,000.00–$170,000.00 Annually
