We are on the hunt for passionate and dedicated Staff Machine Learning Engineers to join our dynamic team. This is an incredible opportunity to be one of the first hires and make a significant impact on our growing organization. You will be crucial in building and implementing machine learning models, creating AI solutions, and predictive modeling. This role requires a deep understanding of Python, Go, Golang, Rust, Keras, TensorFlow, GPT, Pandas, NumPy, Spark, Apache, Flask, and Pipelines. If you have an insatiable curiosity, a love for problem-solving, and a knack for creating efficient and innovative AI solutions, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and AI solutions.
  • Utilize your knowledge of Python, Go, Golang, Rust, and other related technologies to create innovative solutions.
  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop solutions accordingly.
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to derive valuable insights.
  • Implement NLP solutions to improve our product’s understanding and interpretation of natural language.
  • Optimize existing ML models and ensure they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
  • Apply your knowledge of Keras, TensorFlow, GPT, Pandas, NumPy, Spark, Apache, Flask, and Pipelines to solve complex problems.
  • Stay updated with the latest machine learning trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on machine learning, AI solutions, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, Golang, Rust, and other related technologies.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Keras and TensorFlow.
  • Experience with libraries such as GPT, Pandas, NumPy, Spark, Apache, Flask, and Pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of NLP and its application in real-world scenarios.
  • Excellent knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to rapid changes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong passion for learning and staying updated with the latest trends in machine learning and AI.
