Reddit is seeking a lead machine learning engineer to drive the development and optimization of models that detect and prevent AI security risks such as prompt injection and jailbreak attempts.

You will build reproducible training and evaluation pipelines on Reddit's ML platform, partnering with platform engineers to improve performance and reliability, while setting the technical vision and multi-quarter modeling roadmap.
