Job summary

ServiceNow in Mountain View, CA, is seeking an experienced engineer to shape enterprise AI agents on the agent lab team. You will own end-to-end design and production-grade implementation of scalable AI agent systems, memory, and orchestration, integrating with Moveworks and ServiceNow to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing, building, and improving production systems, ideally at scale.
• Ability to clearly think and communicate about complex engineering problems and systems.
• Ready to work in a Mac development environment with proficiency in Python, Golang, and/or Java.
• Desire to ship at a startup pace with a strong sense of ownership.
• Attention to detail and drive to ship production-grade code.
