Overview

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a motivated Staff Logistician to support operation of the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense and the Joint Project Manager Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Sensors with Logistics Support Services. This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to SkyBridge Tactical LLC.

Responsibilities
  • The Staff Logistician analyzes Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Life Cycle Logistics management of assigned programs within the JPM CBRN Sensors portfolio.
  • Develops, reviews, analyzes, prepares, and/or updates studies, analyses, and program documentation in areas including:
    • Product Support Management
    • Supply Support
    • Sustaining Engineering
    • Maintenance Planning & Management
    • Design Interface
    • Support Equipment
    • Manpower & Personnel
    • Information Technology Systems Continuous Support
    • Facilities and Infrastructure
    • Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation
    • Technical Data
    • Training & Training Support
  • Provide support to the product/project office for full life cycle management through development, procurement, fielding, and sustainment, applying DoD acquisition processes involving life cycle logistics.
  • Monitor product supportability requirements in relation to program cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Assist in milestone planning and reviews by providing logistics input to technical briefing materials, documentation, and integrated master schedules.
  • Interface and coordinate product support efforts with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and resolve complex logistics issues.
  • Provide coordination and support at meetings by producing agendas, preparing presentation materials and displays, and hosting/participating as required.
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Integrated Program Reviews (IPRs), Milestone Reviews, and other applicable meetings to ensure logistics elements are addressed in program phases:
  • Material Solution (MS) Phase
  • Technology Maturation & Risk Reduction (TMRR) Phase
  • Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) Phase
  • Production & Deployment (P&D) Phase
  • Assist in creating and maintaining type classification/material release and related documentation related to acquisition.
  • Update, create, and archive program information on JACKS, the assigned program shared drive, Microsoft Teams, and/or other repositories used by the program.
  • Develop life cycle sustainment plans, fielding plans, logistics demonstration plans, technical manuals, training packages and other logistics deliverables.
  • Review, manage, and comment on Prime contractor technical manuals, validation efforts, provisioning data, training packages, and other logistics-related deliverables.
  • Support technical manual verification events and logistics demonstrations.
  • Coordinate all levels of total package fielding activities and events for JPM CBRN Sensors portfolio (e.g., instructor/key personnel training, training material development, lesson plans, programs of instruction, new material briefs, new equipment training, after-action reports).
  • Coordinate property inventories, transportation, and packaging of equipment.
  • Perform cataloging requirements for Standard and Non-Standard Equipment for assigned programs.
  • Monitor data entry and conduct lateral transfer actions in Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A), and the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) as applicable.
  • Conduct asset visibility analysis and generate property accountability reports in accordance with regulations and policies pertaining to Government-owned property.
  • Review and revise Issue, loan, receipt, and turn-in documentation (e.g., DD Forms 250s, 2062s and 3161s) for property accountability.
  • Coordinate and dispose of non-mission capable equipment as applicable for assigned programs.
  • Operate government-owned vehicles and forklifts in performance of inventory control, movement, or warehousing requirements as required.
  • Use the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and maintain documents and communications.
  • Hold a valid US driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
  • CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) experience.
  • Equipment and instruction training (e.g., operator and maintenance experience or certifications). Certification from applicable associations is considered.
  • Development or instructor level training is recommended. Products within CBRN include JCAD, CBRN DRS, and other chemical detectors, sensors, and collectors.
  • Acquisition Logistics experience.
  • DAU experience or the equivalent of two years of acquisition experience in life cycle logistics.
  • Three years of experience in related Life-Cycle Logistics in the area of Acquisition.
