Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a LEAN Business Partner to spearhead Lean transformation across San Diego or Mountain View.

You will drive process excellence through LEAN methodologies, Kaizen events, VSM facilitation, and end-to-end optimization of global customer success processes. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to strategize, implement the Intuit Lean Management System, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while coaching teams and managing change across a fast-paced tech

Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt from a reputed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Operations, Finance, or Management or equivalent experience.
• Extensive track record implementing Lean Management Systems (Daily Management, Problem Solving, Coaching, Gemba, Standard Work).
• Strong experience with Suppliers/Partners development in global programs.
• Broad knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools, methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of high technology/software industry business models and core processes.
• Ideally Change Management certified (Prosci/ADKAR/Kotter).

Responsibilities

• Lead Gemba walks, run standard workshops, streamline flows, and execute Rapid Improvement Events for Intuit value streams.
• Coach teams to elevate Lean maturity (Daily Management, Problem Solving).
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping workshops and document outcomes for process improvements.
• Deliver advanced re-engineering and standardization of global cross-functional processes.
• Support Continuous Improvement Transformation Community through workshops, forums and training.
• Implement Change Management related to LEAN deployments.

Job description

We have an immediate opportunity for LEAN Business Partner in San Diego, CA or Mountain View, CA.

You will join the LEAN Transformation and Continuous Improvement team, which leads the way in establishing a culture and mindset of process excellence. You will also be responsible for implementing process re-engineering and optimization initiatives using LEAN and Continuous Improvement methodologies, concepts, and principles.

In this role, you will collaborate with Intuit internal stakeholders to strategize, create, and execute the complete LEAN methodology, along with change management and optimization initiatives for essential global processes across Intuit Customer Success Operations. Your responsibilities will include implementing the Intuit Lean Management System standard practices, simplifying processes, conducting daily improvements, workshops (VSM & Kaizen), and overseeing end-to-end process optimization projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement Change Management related to LEAN implementations

Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green (LSSGB) or Black Belt (LSSBB) from a reputed company
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Operations / Finance / Management or equivalent experience
• Extensive track record implementing Lean Management Systems (Daily Management, Problem Solving, Coaching, Gemba practice, Standard Work, Leader Standard Work)
• Strong experience with Suppliers / Partners development global programs.
• The breadth of knowledge of complex Lean and Six Sigma tools, methodology & statistical analysis
• Knowledge & understanding of the high technology/software industry business models & core processes
• Ideally a Change Management certified professional – Prosci - ADKAR, Kotter, etc.

The experience you need to excel in the role:

• 7 to 10 years of professional experience driving large, cross-functional LEAN & continuous improvement initiatives with demonstrable business results
• Working on large, global process re-engineering initiatives in large, complex global organizations, mainly focused on product management and learning development initiatives.
• Improving Value Propositions and Revenue Growth via LEAN Implementations
• Strong facilitation skills in managing senior stakeholder relationships, partnerships, interactions, and workshops.
• Directing work efforts in a matrixed environment to achieve objectives effectively & efficiently
• Understanding & facilitating change in a challenging & dynamic environment – handling challenges from senior stakeholders, pushback from business-as-usual teams & a lack of understanding/appreciation of the benefits of LEAN
