The Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) department is seeking a Staff Lead Design Verification Engineer to join our team and develop these technologies into high-performance computing systems that solve an assortment of unique mission needs. You’ll work in a fast-paced team environment alongside physicists, design engineers, and superconducting foundry engineers to make these technologies a reality.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Functional Verification Engineer specializing in ASIC and FPGA technologies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in behavioral simulation, and comprehensive functional verification processes.

The Debug and Staff Lead Design Verification Engineer will be responsible leading the verification team for debug, emulation, and test development for state-of-the-art Digital Logic (High Speed Serial). Other responsibilities will include:

Salary Range: $163,200.00 - $256,400.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
