Qualifications

• 5+ years in multithreaded, distributed app development.
• Proven experience in large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong leadership, design reviews, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect subsystems and drive technical direction for Next Gen platform.
• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of cross-team features.
• Mentor engineers and raise technical standards across teams.
• Define roadmap with product and other engineers, focus on security and performance.
