What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead internal implementations of strategic Digital Employee Experience initiatives from business case through operations and benefits tracking
• Facilitate crucial conversations with business and IT principals to define strategic business cases and measurable benefits
• Collaborate with business, Product Engineering, and IT functions, as well as external partners and vendors
• Develop and manage detailed program execution plans, including program interdependencies and metrics
• Guide and facilitate Agile ceremonies and provide coaching to product-oriented teams to enhance Agile and DevOps practices

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 8 years of project and program management experience
• At least 5 years of experience working with product-oriented engineering teams
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple teams and applying Scrum fundamentals
• Strong experience with Agile tools and techniques, including Lean design and accommodating changing requirements
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
