Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer - Mobile to design and implement scalable iOS applications. You will work with enterprise teams to drive mobile strategy, participate in architecture reviews, and ensure code quality across the stack.

The role emphasizes hands‑on development in Swift, mentoring juniors, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust, secure mobile solutions. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

7+ years of overall experience in software development life cycle
3+ years of experience in design / development or implementation of native iOS frameworks and/or features
3+ years of experience in native mobile based applications / platforms - testing processes, methodologies, and tools
3+ years of experience in Swift language
At least 1 year of experience utilizing AI tools, such as Claude

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable native iOS solutions meeting business needs.
Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with senior engineers.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge through tech talks and learning sessions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality code.
