Job summary

CVS Health Digital is hiring a Staff Software Development Engineer - Mobile to design, develop and implement scalable native iOS solutions for enterprise teams. You will collaborate with senior engineers, participate in code reviews, and help drive technical direction, architecture decisions and quality standards across mobile platforms.

The role requires strong Swift expertise, 7+ years in software development, plus hands-on experience with iOS native frameworks, testing, and modern DevOps

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience in software development life cycle experience.
• 3+ years of experience in design / development or implementation of native iOS frameworks and/or features.
• 3+ years of experience in native mobile based applications / platforms - testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
• 3+ years of experience in Swift language.
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing AI tools, such as Claude.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient and scalable native iOS mobile solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions, collaborating with senior engineers.
• Provide input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability considerations.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
• Adopt mobile best practices and new technologies to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops to foster collaboration.
• Work with developers to implement complex features and deliver high-quality code.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
