Job description

Envoy Workplace launched in May 2023 and has quickly become Envoy’s fastest-growing revenue stream, with rapid growth expected to continue. This team is responsible for the core features of Workplace and is ultimately held accountable for the product’s success and failure.

Specifically, as a Staff iOS Engineer, you will work with stakeholders to determine what to build and set the direction for your team, while also managing the buildout of these core product features.

Our engineers own the full development and release cycle and are empowered to make any technical or process changes to improve the velocity of the team. The Envoy Mobile app is a rapidly expanding product suite, and our tech stack has been shaped by this environment. The codebase is composed of multiple modules, each responsible for a feature or product, integrated using dependency injection. Much of the app is built using reactive programming, utilizing a SwiftUI framework to accelerate feature development.
