An established industry player in interpreting services seeks a dedicated Staff Interpreter to provide essential ASL/English interpretation for the Deaf Community. Heritage Interpreting is an interpreter/Coda-owned interpreting company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. We coordinate language services for various businesses and organizations across Ohio, Indiana, New York, DMV, Florida, California, and nationwide.
Hours: Full-time position: Extending to and no greater than 40 hours/week during 8 AM – 6 PM, Monday – Friday.
Staff Interpreter provides sign language interpreting services to the Deaf Community and the Heritage Interpreting staff/clients as requested and/or scheduled by the Operations Department.
Reports to: Director of Interpreting
$50-60k annual base salary
Nights (6 PM – 8 AM)
OT (Over 8 consecutive hours in a day and/or 32 interpreting hours in a week)
Mileage (based on client account)
