Job summary

The Bartech Group, Inc. is seeking a Staff Auditor based in Troy, MI to perform audit engagements across financial, operational, compliance and SOX cycles. You will plan, assess risk, execute test work and draft conclusions while maintaining clear communication with client management.

The role emphasizes teamwork and delivers value to the North America Internal Audit Services team. You should have at least 1 year of audit experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year total audit experience with public accounting firm or internal audit for large multi-national company.
• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance or other relevant subject.
• English required, fluent verbally and written.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 20%.
• Nice-to-have: Master's degree, CPA or CIAP, SAP, Hyperion, data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete audit engagements, including internal control evaluation and communications with client management.
• Perform planning, risk assessment, test work, and audit conclusions.
• Prepare workpapers and audit reporting documents.
• Collaborate in a team setting within North America Internal Audit Services and report to the internal audit supervisor.
