Job summary

Google is seeking an Interaction Designer to define long-term UX strategy for Cloud Networking’s AI initiatives and to translate complex requirements into intuitive product experiences. You will work with Engineering and Product Management to embed the UX perspective into the roadmap.

You will lead design for transitioning to autonomous user experiences, navigating ambiguity while partnering with executives to shape the customer-facing product direction.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.

Responsibilities

• Define and advocate long-term user experience and product strategy for Cloud Networking's AI and autonomous initiatives.
• Develop elegant solutions for ambiguous greenfield projects (e.g., agentic analytics, network monitoring) that lack clear precedents.
• Collaborate proactively with Engineering and Product Management leadership (up to Director/VP level) to embed UX perspective into the product roadmap.
