Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of professional experience or Master’s with 10 years or PhD with 8 years.
  • Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance at time of application.
  • 2+ years in PM roles such as CAM/IPT Lead/PM.
  • 2+ years leading engineering teams in development/design programs.
  • 1 year of EVMS experience on programs.
  • Experience with at least one spacecraft lifecycle phase (development/build/operations).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver IPT team deliverables within cost and schedule and meet requirements.
  • Use EVMS to analyze progress, address variances, and respond to ensure performance.
  • Update IMS and time-phased labor/materials for reporting.
  • Ensure processes, policies, and standards are followed for compliance.
  • Coordinate staffing plans with engineering management and resolve resource issues.
  • Collaborate with Global Supply Chain to manage suppliers and materials.
  • Support build and I&T with Manufacturing & Operations and across teams.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
