Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience operating production infrastructure on a major cloud, including provisioning, deploying, and debugging real systems under load.
• Fluency with infrastructure-as-code and a track record of managing infra declaratively.
• Strong observability instincts: metrics, traces, logs, and alerting to catch and resolve incidents quickly.
• Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and the build/deploy systems an engineering org depends on.
• Comfort with relational/Postgres databases: performance, scaling, and safe schema changes.
• Bias toward leverage: enabling other engineers to work faster.
